We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and process-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team and specifically support our dynamic APAC sales organization.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data standards within Salesforce and other critical GTM platforms. This involves performing regular data hygiene reviews, executing data enrichment and cleansing using specialized tools, and meticulously managing account, lead, contact, and opportunity records.
  • • You will be the guardian of our sales data, proactively investigating and resolving any data gaps or inconsistencies that arise. Your diligence will directly impact the reliability of our sales insights and the effectiveness of our sales strategies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of data quality.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve supporting recurring reporting and operational rhythms. You will be tasked with running, updating, and distributing essential reports and dashboards, ensuring that sales leadership and the field receive accurate and timely information. This includes validating data used in forecasting and pipeline reviews, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making.
  • • Beyond data management, you will provide crucial support for core sales processes. This encompasses the efficient routing of leads and contacts, maintaining opportunity hygiene, assisting with sales onboarding and offboarding tasks, and managing territory and account assignments. Your efforts will help streamline the sales cycle and enhance productivity.
  • • You will also act as a first point of contact for basic Salesforce and process-related user tickets, offering support for data issues, workflow questions, and light troubleshooting. This ensures that our sales teams can operate smoothly without significant technical or process-related impediments.
  • • A key aspect of this role is monitoring adherence to required sales processes. You will identify deviations and escalate risks or recurring issues to Sales Operations and Sales Leadership, contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Your insights will help refine our operational framework.
  • • To foster consistency and enable better understanding, you will be responsible for documenting processes and contributing to internal knowledge bases. This ensures that best practices are shared and that new team members can onboard efficiently.
  • • You will analyze sales activity, productivity, and funnel metrics, identifying trends and highlighting any issues that might impact performance, reporting accuracy, or overall efficiency. This analytical contribution will provide valuable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • • The role also involves supporting ad-hoc requests from APAC leadership, such as list pulls, coverage checks, and detailed pipeline/funnel reviews. Your ability to respond effectively to these requests will be critical in supporting strategic initiatives and immediate operational needs.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to ensure records are created, enriched, and routed correctly. You will also provide lightweight enablement on process changes and system updates, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
  • • Finally, you will support the VP Sales, APAC with forecasting, reporting, and insights, proactively recommending practical improvements to process and execution. This strategic partnership will help drive the region's growth objectives and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
