đź“‹ Description
- • Introduce Leap Tools' free visualizer technology to independent furniture dealers through high-volume outbound phone outreach, converting cold calls into active network members.
- • Manage the full customer relationship lifecycle, from initial outreach and deal closure to onboarding, implementation, and long-term account growth.
- • Develop creative, scalable strategies to accelerate dealer adoption beyond one-by-one outreach, optimizing for efficiency and volume.
- • Collaborate with the existing sales and marketing teams to learn proven tactics from other verticals and adapt them for the furniture retail market.
- • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and create sales enablement materials based on real-time feedback from dealer interactions.

- • Engage directly with small business owners in the furniture retail industry, building rapport quickly and speaking to them as peers with practical understanding of their challenges.
- • Leverage curiosity and observational skills to deeply understand how furniture stores operate, what keeps owners up at night, and why they make operational decisions.
- • Operate autonomously in a remote-first environment, thriving in ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes without micromanagement.
- • Use data and conversation insights to continuously improve outreach techniques, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
- • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and pipeline progress using internal tools and systems.
- • Participate in iterative product feedback cycles by reporting dealer pain points, feature requests, and usability observations to engineering and product teams.

- • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- • Adaptability and natural curiosity to learn a new industry; experience in furniture retail or manufacturing is a bonus but not required.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work anywhere in the world for up to 3 months per year.
- • Parental leave program offered to support families.
- • Work-from-home stipend provided.
- • Birthday and company anniversary are paid days off.
