  • • As a Sales Operations & Business Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling business growth through a dual focus on driving sales pipeline and enhancing operational efficiency. This involves proactive engagement through consultative selling techniques, utilizing both phone and digital outreach to spark interest and successfully schedule appointments for sales demonstrations.
  • • You will be adept at articulating how our company's capabilities directly address customer needs and goals, skillfully navigating and overcoming potential barriers to purchase through insightful communication and thorough needs analysis.
  • • A key part of your role will be to cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers across a diverse spectrum of industries, consistently focusing on delivering value-driven conversations that resonate with their business objectives.
  • • You will strategically leverage internal marketing programs and initiatives to generate valuable referrals and maximize the conversion rate of qualified leads into active opportunities.
  • • On the Sales Operations side, you will be the guardian of our CRM data integrity, ensuring that all leads, opportunities, and sales activities are accurately tracked, updated, and maintained.
  • • You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to not only develop but also continuously refine our sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and analytical frameworks, all with the aim of driving enhanced team performance and strategic decision-making.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve preparing and analyzing comprehensive sales reports, developing insightful dashboards, and monitoring key performance metrics. This data-driven approach will be crucial in informing strategic adjustments and identifying critical areas for operational improvement.
