📋 Description

• • The Sales Operations Business Partner will act as the right hand of the VP of Local Markets within the Public Sector business, driving team-wide strategy and execution to support Flock Safety’s ambition to scale beyond $1B in annual recurring revenue.
• • Day to day, the role involves refining sales operations models, building relationships with frontline sellers and managers, attending sales calls and customer installs, analyzing sales data and GTM structure, and collaborating with RevOps and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• • Flock Safety is a high-performance, low-ego team backed by nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation, dedicated to building a nationwide public-private safety network that connects communities, law enforcement, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods through proactive crime prevention technology.
• • In this role, the individual will learn to frame data-driven recommendations, shape business direction without direct management, master Flock’s GTM and data structures, and become a trusted strategic partner to GTM leadership while developing expertise in sales operations at scale.
