- • Execute world-class go-to-market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures as defined by the Director of RevOps.
- • Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, avoiding legacy Workflows and Process Builder.
- • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets to align with client sales processes and revenue goals.
- • Perform complex data migrations and cleanses, leveraging experience with messy datasets and ensuring accuracy before production deployment.
- • Test all Salesforce changes rigorously in Sandbox environments prior to production release, adhering to a strict double-check culture.
- • Collaborate directly with client-facing teams to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions, explaining the impact of configuration decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Act as a technical consultant by asking "Why?" and proactively identifying inefficiencies in sales processes that can be resolved through Salesforce automation.
- • Manage multiple concurrent client projects in a fast-paced agency environment, maintaining strict time-tracking discipline and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms to create unified sales and marketing technology stacks.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, processes, and changes for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
- • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and privacy requirements across all client implementations.
- • Participate in client onboarding, training, and ongoing support sessions to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce configurations.
- • Work remotely in a fully virtual environment using Zoom and Slack for daily collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- • Operate a laptop (PC or Mac) and standard office productivity tools to perform all job functions effectively.
- • Maintain reliable internet access and a professional remote work environment to support consistent communication and performance.
- • Adapt to a high-velocity agency culture that values bold thinking, measurable outcomes, and challenging the status quo.
- • Contribute to a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement across all client engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
