- • Execute world-class go-to-market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless, while the Director of RevOps defines high-level architecture.
- • Design and deploy Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, with zero reliance on outdated Workflows or Process Builder.
- • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets to align with client sales processes and revenue goals.
- • Perform complex data migrations and cleanses, leveraging experience with messy CRM datasets and proven methodologies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps stack tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms to enable seamless data flow and sales enablement.
- • Serve as a technical consultant to clients, explaining the business impact of Salesforce configurations—such as how a validation rule saves a sales team 5 hours per week.
- • Maintain a double-check culture by rigorously testing all changes in Sandbox environments before deploying to production.
- • Manage multiple concurrent client projects with precision, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- • Track time accurately and efficiently in a high-velocity, multi-client agency environment where time is a critical resource.
- • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams using Zoom and Slack, ensuring clear communication and alignment across client and internal stakeholders.
- • Work from a home office in the United States with full remote flexibility, while maintaining reliable internet access and professional work standards.
- • Utilize a company-provided laptop (PC or Mac) and standard office productivity tools to perform all essential job functions.
- • Participate in virtual meetings and client calls requiring sustained focus, observation of verbal and written communication, and extended periods of stationary work.
- • Uphold agency DNA by delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines, challenging the status quo, and building campaigns that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- • Apply DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology to align brand and demand strategies within Salesforce configurations, guiding ICP decision points across the customer journey.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are obsolete to you)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
