  • • As a Sales Operations Manager at Speak AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling Speak for Business (S4B) by owning the systems and processes that bridge go-to-market strategy with daily execution, enabling sales leadership to focus on coaching, hiring, and selling while ensuring the team operates on predictable, reliable cadences.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to build scalable, data-driven operations that support rapid growth and market expansion across global regions.
  • • Run the sales ops cadence by owning weekly forecasting and pipeline rhythms with sales leadership, building and maintaining the weekly ops cadence and standard metrics, and driving stage hygiene through clear definitions of opportunity progression, required fields, and SLAs.
  • • Own sales reporting that leadership trusts by building dashboards for pipeline coverage, forecast vs target, stage conversion, cycle time, and leading indicators, partnering with Finance and RevOps on consistent definitions and auditability for planning use, and ensuring channel partner reporting is consistent, timely, and reliable.
  • • Stabilize CRM inputs and enforce deal hygiene by identifying and cleaning high-impact data issues (owner, stage, amount, close date, product, region, source), and creating training guides to ensure durable adoption across the sales team.
  • • Own Deal Desk workflow (process + routing) by setting up discounting guardrails and a clear approval matrix, standardizing quote/order forms to support contracting, invoicing, and downstream handoffs, and ensuring the process is fast for the field while remaining controlled and auditable.
  • • Support territory and account assignment and GTM programs by running territory and account assignment processes, supporting lead routing logic and SLA monitoring, and tracking monthly pipeline generation plans (coverage and gap-to-goal) to surface issues early.
  • • Partner with Product and Marketing to align sales operations with product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless handoffs and feedback loops between teams.
  • • Join a mission-driven company reinventing language learning through AI-powered, conversation-first tutoring, with proven product-market fit in South Korea and rapid expansion across 15+ languages and 40+ countries.
  • • Work alongside a tight-knit, globally distributed team in San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana, backed by over $150M in venture funding from top-tier investors including OpenAI, Accel, Founders Fund, and Khosla Ventures.
  • • Develop expertise in scaling B2B GTM operations at a high-growth AI startup, gaining hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk design, territory planning, and CRM optimization.
  • • Grow as a strategic operator who can influence without authority, balancing tactical execution with long-term process improvement in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, BizOps, or similar roles supporting B2B go-to-market teams.
  • • Proven experience building scalable sales processes including forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory/account assignment, deal desk, and handoffs.
  • • Strong CRM operations and reporting expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms, including pipeline management, permissions, required fields, and lifecycle/stage definitions.
