- • The Sales & Operations Manager will play a key role in managing leads, strengthening client relationships, and supporting operational execution for a fast-growing European logistics company transforming vehicle transport across borders. This part-time, fully remote role (20 hours/week) offers the opportunity to own the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- • Day to day, the person will manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through deal closure, serve as the main point of contact for customers and key accounts, lead negotiations and follow-ups, coordinate customer requirements internally and externally, maintain and optimize CRM data and pipeline tracking, collaborate with operations teams and carriers to align expectations, ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations, and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer retention.
