- • Execute world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures based on high-level architectures defined by the Director of RevOps.
- • Design and deploy Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, avoiding outdated workflows and Process Builder; prioritize scalable, maintainable solutions.
- • Manage complex data migrations with precision, leveraging battle-tested practices to resolve messy or inconsistent CRM data across client environments.
- • Serve as a technical consultant to clients, explaining the business impact of Salesforce configurations—such as how a validation rule saves a sales team 5+ hours per week.
- • Collaborate across multiple client accounts simultaneously in a high-velocity agency environment, maintaining strict time-tracking discipline and project prioritization.
- • Ensure all Salesforce changes are rigorously tested in Sandbox environments before deployment to production, adhering to a double-check culture.
- • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms to enable seamless data flow and sales enablement.
- • Translate client business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions, bridging gaps between sales operations, marketing, and customer success teams.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all configurations, processes, and integrations to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
- • Work remotely in a fully virtual environment using Zoom and Slack as primary collaboration tools, with no requirement for in-office presence.
- • Operate a personal laptop (PC or Mac) with reliable internet access to perform all job functions, including extended periods of stationary work and interpretation of written/verbal communication.
- • Adhere to agency DNA by balancing speed and precision, delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines across multiple clients without compromising accuracy.
- • Participate in virtual client meetings and internal team syncs to align on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- • Support the broader RevOps function by contributing to process improvements, playbook updates, and internal knowledge sharing.
- • Maintain compliance with company policies on data security, client confidentiality, and remote work expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
