- • Execute world-class go-to-market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementations, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures as defined by the Director of RevOps.
- • Design and deploy Salesforce Flows as the primary automation tool, avoiding outdated workflows and Process Builder.
- • Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to align with client sales processes and revenue goals.
- • Lead data migration initiatives, resolving complex data integrity issues from legacy systems into Salesforce with precision and documentation.
- • Integrate Salesforce with modern RevOps tools including LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ platforms to enable seamless lead routing, analytics, and sales enablement.
- • Serve as the technical consultant to clients, explaining the business impact of Salesforce configurations—such as how a validation rule saves 5+ hours weekly for sales teams.
- • Maintain a double-check culture by rigorously testing all changes in Sandbox environments before deploying to production.
- • Manage multiple concurrent client projects with strict adherence to timelines, deliverables, and time-tracking protocols in a high-velocity agency environment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Communications, and Commerce teams to ensure Salesforce architecture supports unified revenue intelligence across all channels.
- • Apply DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology to align brand and demand strategies within Salesforce configurations, guiding ICP decision points across the buyer journey.
- • Document all configurations, processes, and changes with clarity for internal knowledge sharing and client handoffs.
- • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, or compliance.
- • Provide training and guidance to client stakeholders on Salesforce usage, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
- • Operate 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States, using Zoom, Slack, and standard productivity tools to collaborate with team members and clients.
- • Maintain a professional remote work environment with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and a laptop (PC or Mac) to perform all essential duties.
- • Adhere to agency DNA by prioritizing time efficiency, client responsiveness, and measurable outcomes in every task.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are considered outdated)
- • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
