- • Forward Financing is a mission-driven fintech company recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built In Boston and certified as a Great Place To Work®, with a remote-first culture that prioritizes flexibility, impact, and employee empowerment across its distributed team in the U.S., Dominican Republic, and Canada.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Salesforce administration, workforce management, and sales technology optimization while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales Leadership, and Sales Enablement—positioning you for growth into senior Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement leadership roles.
- • You will troubleshoot system errors, manage user access and permissions, monitor live queues and rep activity, audit CRM data for hygiene, build operational dashboards, and assist with compensation data tracking—ensuring seamless sales operations that directly impact revenue and customer experience.

- • Proven experience in workforce management, queue management, lead routing logic, and capacity planning
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data auditing, roster management, and reporting
- • Strong problem-solving skills with a "fixer" mentality—enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and finding workarounds to maintain business continuity
- • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical processes clearly to non-technical sales users

- • Mission-driven culture focused on unlocking capital for underserved small businesses, with recognition as a Best Place to Work by Built In Boston and Great Place To Work® certification
