- • Own the entire sales operations engine at Momence, the fastest-growing booking and communications platform for experience-based businesses. You will architect, run, and continuously improve the systems, processes, and data that empower our global sales team to close deals with yoga studios, gyms, salons, spas, golf facilities, swim schools, and more.
- • Build and maintain a rock-solid tech stack that currently includes HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and a growing list of best-in-class tools. You will be the single source of truth for integrations, field mapping, data hygiene, lead routing, and automation rules that keep 1,500+ active customers—and the thousands more in our pipeline—moving smoothly through the funnel.
- • Design and deliver forecasting models that predict new ARR within 5 % accuracy on a weekly basis. You will partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to turn raw pipeline data into board-ready insights, scenario planning, and capacity models that guide hiring, territory design, and quota setting.
- • Create repeatable, scalable playbooks for every stage of the customer journey—from first inbound demo request through signed Master Service Agreement. You will document SOPs, train AEs and SDRs, and enforce adoption so that every rep follows the same high-impact motions that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
- • Run weekly deal-desk sessions where you surface risk, recommend pricing strategy, and unblock complex enterprise negotiations. You will become the go-to expert on discount governance, contract terms, and approval workflows that protect margin while accelerating signature dates.
- • Instrument real-time dashboards that give C-level, sales managers, and individual reps instant visibility into pipeline health, activity metrics, and revenue attainment. You will iterate on visualizations until every stakeholder can answer their own questions in under 30 seconds.
- • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure flawless lead scoring, lifecycle stage definitions, and attribution models that prove ROI on campaigns targeting studio owners, franchisees, and multi-location chains. You will audit data weekly, fix sync errors within hours, and champion a culture of data integrity across all GTM teams.
- • Lead quarterly territory and quota planning cycles that balance rep capacity with market opportunity. You will leverage CRM data, external intent signals, and TAM analysis to draw equitable boundaries and set aggressive yet achievable targets.
- • Drive continuous process improvement through A/B testing of email sequences, call scripts, and demo frameworks. You will measure lift in reply rates, meeting conversion, and win rates, then roll out the winning variants globally.
- • Serve as the voice of sales operations in cross-functional initiatives with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering. When the roadmap includes new pricing tiers, feature bundles, or self-serve checkout flows, you will model revenue impact, update quoting tools, and train the team before launch day.
- • Mentor junior analysts and operations coordinators, building a center of excellence that scales with Momence’s 3× year-over-year growth trajectory. You will codify tribal knowledge into Notion playbooks and run monthly enablement sessions that turn new hires into ramped sellers in under 30 days.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation and transparency by publishing a monthly Sales Ops newsletter that celebrates wins, shares KPI trends, and crowdsources ideas from the field. You will make Ops feel human, approachable, and indispensable to every seller on the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of progressive Sales or Revenue Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally supporting ACVs between $5k and $50k.
- • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce administration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and advanced reporting.
- • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, index-match, regression analysis) and experience with SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
- • Demonstrated success building and optimizing lead routing, forecasting, and quote-to-cash processes that materially improved win rates or sales velocity.
- • Strong project-management track record: you can scope a complex initiative, rally stakeholders, and ship on time without sacrificing quality.
