📋 Description
- • Create accurate quotes and pricing for full box cabinets, doors, and drawer fronts based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- • Consult with customers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm cabinet layouts, material specifications, and project timelines.
- • Design detailed cabinet layouts for multifamily residential projects using provided architectural plans and technical specifications.
- • Review architectural drawings, schedules, and project scopes to ensure alignment with quoted materials and installation requirements.
- • Place and track orders with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy of product configurations.
- • Manage project revisions, change orders, and updates throughout the lifecycle of each cabinetry project.
- • Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align delivery schedules, inventory availability, and installation timelines.
- • Maintain organized digital documentation including pricing files, customer records, project specifications, and order histories.
- • Track orders from production through final delivery, monitoring milestones to ensure adherence to project deadlines.
- • Proactively communicate project status, potential delays, and issues to customers with clarity and professionalism.
- • Ensure all cabinetry projects meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and profitability.
- • Support sales and project execution across the South and Southeast regions of the United States.
- • Utilize 20/20 Design software as the primary tool for cabinet design, pricing, and order generation.
- • Interpret and apply knowledge of full box cabinet construction, door styles, drawer fronts, finishes, and hardware options to customer projects.
- • Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of project documentation, pricing, and communication to prevent errors and rework.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and customer service standards.
- • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise between customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
- • Apply a customer-focused mindset to resolve issues, anticipate needs, and deliver solutions that enhance project outcomes.
