- • As a Sales Quoting Specialist at Bitsight Technologies, you will serve as a critical liaison between sales and finance, ensuring efficient deal structuring and execution within the quote-to-cash process for a cyber risk management leader trusted by over 3,000 customers.
- • Day to day, you will support quote creation, validation, and submission in Salesforce CPQ, partner with sales to structure complex deals aligned with pricing guidelines, collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product for deal approval, and maintain documentation for deal structures and pricing exceptions.
- • You will join a finance team within a global organization of over 750 teammates across Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, and remote locations, working for a company that invented the cyber ratings industry in 2011 and delivers integrated solutions across enterprise security, digital supply chains, cyber insurance, and data analysis.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in pricing, discounting, and contract best practices, track deal desk metrics to improve deal velocity and close rates, and gain experience scaling processes in a fast-paced, high-tech SaaS environment while contributing to Bitsight’s mission of reducing financial loss through cyber risk management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a similar role
- • Salesforce experience, particularly with CPQ quoting is preferred
- • Strong Excel skills (intermediate or better) are required
- • Experience in the high-tech industry with a SaaS or subscription revenue model is preferred
- • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- • Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment and workload
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with a demanding sales team
