- • Close warm leads generated from digital advertising campaigns to convert parents into paying customers for online tutoring courses priced between £80 and £1,500.
- • Conduct consultative phone sales conversations to understand family needs and match them with the most suitable educational course solutions.
- • Present tailored tutoring packages by clearly articulating the value and outcomes of MyEdSpace’s award-winning platform.
- • Own and manage the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups, objection handling, and closing deals while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize uncapped commission earnings.
- • Represent MyEdSpace as the primary point of contact for families, building trust and demonstrating how the platform transforms children’s educational outcomes.
- • Work within flexible hours, with a preference for availability during weekday afternoons and evenings, as proposed shift times may be subject to change.
- • Report directly to a Team Leader, receiving ongoing guidance and development opportunities in a high-growth environment.
- • Maintain a deep alignment with MyEdSpace’s mission to make world-class education accessible to all children, regardless of geography or socioeconomic background.
- • Operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability in all customer interactions, ensuring honest communication and ethical sales practices.
- • Embrace feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve performance based on coaching and data-driven insights.
- • Collaborate with a global team of 15+ countries, contributing to a culture of mutual support, shared learning, and collective success.
- • Manage a high-volume workload independently while maintaining strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage, persuade, and build rapport with diverse customer profiles across the UK market.
- • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance directly impacts personal earnings and organizational growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced in selling to the UK or US market
- • Preferably 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience
- • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills
- • Ability to work to and exceed set sales targets
- • Great with customers, comfortable engaging and building rapport
- • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
