📋 Description

• • As a Sales Representative at Honor Device Co., Ltd., you will guide families and clients through their first conversations about in-home, non-medical care, playing a vital role in helping older adults age well at home by connecting them with compassionate, personalized support.
• • Day to day, you will manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls (typically 80-95 per day) via phone, email, chat, and text to understand client needs, match them to appropriate care solutions, clearly communicate services, ask for commitment, schedule follow-ups, and track all activity using CRM tools like Salesforce while maintaining empathy, accuracy, and quality in every interaction.
