- • As an Account Manager at Swiss IT Switzerland AG, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to build a secure digital future by managing and expanding a strategic customer portfolio in the ICT and cybersecurity space. Your work directly contributes to strengthening client relationships, unlocking growth opportunities, and supporting the SITS Group’s vision of delivering holistic IT security solutions that protect, detect, and defend against evolving threats.
- • You will be responsible for owning and nurturing an attractive customer portfolio, identifying and developing untapped potential through strategic account planning and proactive engagement. This includes building long-term, profitable business relationships by successfully converting valuable new contacts into loyal clients while continuously expanding a high-level network of decision-makers to strengthen market positioning.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve actively shaping a strong sales pipeline with creativity, speed, and a keen understanding of customer needs, collaborating closely with IT and security decision-makers and department heads to co-create tailored solutions that address specific client challenges.
- • You will engage in regular, meaningful interactions with clients through direct contact and active participation in relevant industry events and exhibitions, leveraging your passion for IT and cybersecurity to inspire trust and enthusiasm for the company’s services.

- • Proven success in account management within the ICT sector, complemented by a formal education in computer science or equivalent IT expertise combined with strong sales acumen.
- • In-depth knowledge of business and cybersecurity principles, coupled with the ability to persuade and inspire clients through compelling arguments and genuine enthusiasm for the company’s security services.
- • Exceptional customer orientation, reliability, and a high level of drive, engagement, and self-initiative.
- • Fluency in both German and English, along with a passionate interest in IT and cybersecurity topics.
- • Enjoyment of direct customer interaction and a strong willingness to maintain a visible presence at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
