  • • The Sales Operations Manager at Monks drives productivity and efficiency by managing lead qualification, data entry, analysis, and operational support, directly impacting revenue growth and decision-making.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing sales data integrity in CRM systems, performing outreach and qualification for inbound leads, developing and refining sales processes, partnering with growth and revenue leadership on KPIs and goals, analyzing sales data for trends and improvements, supporting resource allocation for new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional projects to enhance sales tools, automation, and reporting.
