  • • As a Director of Strategic Accounts at Tanium, you will drive enterprise sales growth by positioning the Tanium Autonomous IT platform within high-value accounts across your assigned territory, engaging C-suite executives and technical stakeholders to solve complex IT and security challenges through tailored solutions.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging deep technical and business acumen to articulate value, manage complex negotiations, and exceed quota while maintaining accurate pipeline hygiene in SFDC and collaborating with marketing and partner teams to amplify go-to-market efforts.
  • • You will be part of a high-performing, mission-driven global sales team at Tanium, a leader in Autonomous IT recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for ten consecutive years, where collaboration, innovation, and customer impact are central to the culture.
  • • You will develop expertise in enterprise cybersecurity and endpoint management, sharpen your executive presence, and build a track record of closing large, strategic deals while contributing to Tanium’s mission of making organizations unstoppable through AI-powered, real-time intelligence.
  • • The Director of Strategic Accounts role is pivotal to Tanium’s expansion in Europe, offering the opportunity to shape market penetration in Belgium and surrounding regions by building trusted relationships with Fortune 500 enterprises and government entities, driving revenue growth, and influencing product feedback loops through direct customer engagement.
  • • You will lead strategic account planning, conduct executive-level presentations and workshops, and partner with technical teams to deliver proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the platform’s ability to unify IT operations and security, reduce risk, and accelerate business outcomes.
  • • You will mentor junior sales colleagues, share best practices in complex sales cycles, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, reinforcing Tanium’s commitment to excellence and inclusion.
  • • You will represent Tanium at industry events, webinars, and customer forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in Autonomous IT while generating qualified leads and strengthening brand presence in the EMEA market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Significant enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing large, complex software transactions with major customers in the region.
  • • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas consistently, supported by strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting in SFDC.
  • • Experience calling on and presenting to C-suite level contacts (CIO, CISO, VP of Operations) with confidence and credibility.
  • • Background in building and cultivating partner ecosystem relationships to enable a partner-centric go-to-market strategy.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to both business and technical audiences.
  • • Strong team mentality and collaboration skills, essential for leveraging virtual and cross-functional resources in complex sales cycles.
