- • As a Broadcast Sales Manager at NETGEAR, you will lead sales and business development efforts to drive adoption of IP networking solutions in the professional broadcast market, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in live production, sports, media, and entertainment sectors.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting broadcast customers, engaging with engineers and architects to educate them on NETGEAR’s solutions for ST 2110, NDI, and hybrid IP/SDI environments, managing relationships with key integrators and OEM partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce.
- • You will be part of NETGEAR’s commercial and broadcast sales organization, working closely with Sales, OEM partners, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Distribution teams to identify opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in modern IP-based broadcast environments.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in broadcast technology standards like SMPTE ST 2110 and NDI, sharpen your strategic sales and partnership-building skills, and influence product development through direct market feedback—positioning you as a trusted technical and business advisor in a high-growth niche of the AV-over-IP market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- • 7+ years of sales experience within broadcast, media, or professional AV markets
- • Proven experience selling IP-based broadcast or AV-over-IP solutions
- • Strong working knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, NMOS, PTP, multicast, and IP networking concepts
- • Experience working with broadcast systems integrators, consultants, and end users
- • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders
- • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and accurate forecasting
- • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth
- • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
