  • • The Strategic Accounts VP will own the retention and upsell of Garner Health’s largest employer clients, serving as a trusted strategic partner in plan design and performance optimization to drive improved Net Revenue Retention and key KPIs.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with account managers to ensure exceptional client experiences, resolving strategic client problems, managing key broker and client relationships, monitoring client health, proactively addressing account risks, and partnering with product, data, and technology teams to deliver customized ROI demonstrations.
  • • Garner Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company reimagining U.S. healthcare by partnering with employers to redesign benefits using data-driven incentives, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care while improving outcomes and reducing costs for all stakeholders.
