- • Enterprise Account Executive at Haast Technologies Inc. is a pivotal early-stage role within the founding US Go-To-Market (GTM) team, responsible for launching and scaling the company’s presence in the US enterprise market by transforming how regulated industries approach compliance through AI-powered solutions.
- • As one of the first US-based hires, this role offers high ownership and strategic influence, enabling the candidate to shape GTM motion, define sales playbooks, and directly impact product evolution through customer insights in a high-growth, VC-backed AI startup.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Build and execute the US GTM motion by designing outreach strategies, identifying target accounts in financial services, insurance, and other regulated sectors, and initiating enterprise-level conversations to open doors with Fortune 500 compliance and legal teams.
- • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery and needs assessment through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals, consistently exceeding quota while managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles.
- • Consult with prospects and clients to translate Haast’s advanced LLM-powered compliance platform into tangible business value, articulating how AI reduces review times by up to 80% and boosts productivity 4× for legal and compliance teams.
- • Act as the voice of the US market by gathering customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests during sales engagements and relaying these insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to influence the global product roadmap.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine messaging, tailor demo environments, and co-develop GTM playbooks that resonate with enterprise buyers in highly regulated industries.
- • Represent Haast at industry conferences, compliance forums, and legal tech events, while growing a personal network of thought leaders in compliance, risk, and governance to strengthen brand visibility and trust.

- • Proven enterprise sales track record with consistent quota attainment and experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 companies, particularly in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including legal, compliance, risk, and procurement teams, with strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability, capable of translating technical AI capabilities into clear, compelling business narratives that resonate with non-technical enterprise buyers.
- • Startup mentality: comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and eagerness to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where wearing multiple hats is expected.
- • Genuine curiosity about AI and its enterprise applications, with motivation to learn and advocate for how emerging technology can solve real-world compliance challenges.
- • Nice to have: Prior experience selling to or working within enterprise marketing, legal, risk, or compliance teams, or background in a scale-up/startup where rapid iteration and cross-functional collaboration were essential.
