- • As a Sales Representative at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a key role in helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) save time and money by promoting and upselling Tide’s business banking and administrative solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering small businesses.
- • Day to day, you will call existing members to build rapport, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services; collaborate cross-functionally with product and other teams to stay informed about upcoming launches; test new sales leads and scripts; and engage with prospective members to recommend tailored solutions that support their business growth.
- • You will join a diverse, global team of over 2,500 Tideans, with a strong presence in Sofia, Bulgaria, where the member support and technology centre is based, operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial initiative.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales and customer engagement skills, gain deep insight into financial services and SME needs, enhance your communication and objection-handling abilities, and grow your ability to work both independently toward KPIs and collaboratively within a team to drive product feedback and business improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous financial services telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- • Experience using Kustomer or a similar CRM tool
- • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- • Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic nature with strong telephone manner and objection handling skills
- • Self-motivated and conscientious, with a desire to make a real impact on the business
- • Willingness to collaborate with Product Owners across business areas to gather feedback that improves member experience
