- • As a Sales Representative (Account Executive) for Top Hat Monocle Inc., you will drive the future of education by selling innovative digital learning solutions to professors and academic institutions across your assigned territory in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
- • You will spend 40%-50% of your time on campus annually (up to 75% during peak sales seasons), prospecting, demonstrating, and closing deals with faculty and department leaders to enhance teaching methods and improve student learning outcomes.
- • You will operate with full autonomy to manage and grow your territory, leveraging inside and outside sales techniques to position Top Hat’s value proposition and build long-term relationships with educators.
- • You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, product, and marketing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences, maximize retention, and contribute to revenue growth in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 2+ years of sales experience, with preference for experience selling to professors in person on campus
- • Valid Driver’s License required due to 40-75% travel requirement for campus visits
- • Proven ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, demos, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
- • Experience in a metrics-driven environment with resilience to objections and strong coachability
- • Ambition, achievement orientation, and passion for driving change in higher education
