- • As a Sales Representative (Hunter) at Webfleet, you will be a pivotal member of our international sales team, driving the growth of our telematics solutions across Australia. This remote role is designed for a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives on identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead new business development. This involves actively prospecting for potential clients through various channels, including direct outreach, strategic networking, and leveraging referral programs. You will be instrumental in building and meticulously managing a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing the unique value proposition of Webfleet's telematics solutions. You will engage in skillful negotiations with potential clients, understanding their specific challenges and tailoring solutions that address their needs effectively.
- • In terms of sales execution, you will be tasked with closing deals, particularly with mid-size and enterprise-level customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities within our CRM system, Salesforce, will be crucial for tracking progress and forecasting.
- • Customer engagement is at the heart of this role. You will need to develop a deep understanding of each client's unique operational requirements and business objectives. Based on this understanding, you will propose customized telematics solutions that deliver tangible benefits, such as improved fleet efficiency, enhanced driver safety, and greater operational compliance.
- • You will also play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating closely with the Operations and Customer Success teams to facilitate a smooth transition. Furthermore, you will focus on cultivating long-term, trusting relationships with your clients, which will not only foster loyalty but also create opportunities for future upsells and cross-sells.
- • Collaboration and strategic input are highly valued. You will work in close partnership with the Marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and contribute to the execution of effective marketing campaigns. Your insights from the front lines of sales will be invaluable in providing market feedback, helping to refine product positioning and enhance our overall sales strategy.
- • You will also represent Webfleet at industry events and participate in commercial forums, acting as a brand ambassador and expanding our network within the Australian market.
- • Success in this role will be quantified by key performance indicators such as the number of new clients acquired, the total revenue generated from direct sales efforts, the efficiency of your sales cycle, and your conversion rates. Customer satisfaction and retention rates will also be critical measures of your effectiveness, alongside the consistent achievement of your sales targets.
