  • • Own the entire New Jersey market for JuneShine Brands—JuneShine Hard Kombucha, Flying Embers Hard Kombucha & Seltzer, Willie’s Remedy hemp-derived beverages, and future innovations—turning every shelf, tap, and display into a billboard for next-gen, purpose-driven drinks.
  • • Build and nurture a high-impact book of on-premise (bars, restaurants, music venues, taprooms) and off-premise (grocery, liquor, specialty, convenience, big-box) accounts across Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, and Middlesex Counties, expanding distribution and velocity week after week.
  • • Plan and execute weekly route plans that maximize face-time with decision-makers, minimize windshield hours, and hit aggressive volume and placement targets; prioritize accounts by revenue potential, brand fit, and strategic value.
  • • Drive sell-through with creative, data-backed promotions—tap takeovers, staff trainings, consumer tastings, ride-with distributor reps, and grassroots events—ensuring every activation ladders up to the Annual Brand Plan (ABP) and national account strategies.
  • • Educate buyers, bartenders, and store managers on what makes JuneShine Brands premium: organic ingredients, transparent brewing, sustainable practices, and functional benefits; translate that story into higher ring prices and repeat purchases.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, field leadership, and distributor partners to identify whitespace opportunities, secure incremental displays, and launch new SKUs; share real-time market intel that shapes future innovation and pricing.
  • • Track daily KPIs—distribution points, depletions, velocity, promotional ROI—via Excel/Google Sheets and distributor portals; present wins, gaps, and action plans in concise weekly reports to leadership.
  • • Negotiate annual and quarterly contracts, pricing, and promotional calendars that protect margin while driving incremental displays and end-caps; manage budgets responsibly and reconcile post-promo spend.
  • • Champion the company’s Quality, Transparency, and Team-First values in every interaction; embody the “Let My People Go Surfing” ethos by working smart, staying agile, and living the brand lifestyle.
  • • Serve as the local face of JuneShine Brands at festivals, charity events, and industry mixers, building community goodwill and converting new fans into lifelong customers.
  • • Stay ahead of state and federal alcohol regulations, ensuring all activations, signage, and sampling comply with New Jersey ABC and TTB guidelines; complete required certifications before day one.
  • • Travel throughout the territory daily and occasionally support neighboring markets or national account rollouts; maintain a clean driving record and treat the company vehicle as a rolling brand ambassador.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement—test new pitch decks, share best practices on Slack, and mentor future reps as the team scales across the Northeast.
