- • As a Sales Representative for Women's Health in Arizona, you will play a vital role in advancing Viatris’s mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life by promoting high-quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers in your assigned territory.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing territory-specific business plans aligned with Viatris sales strategies, delivering compelling sales presentations to targeted healthcare professionals, achieving quarterly sales goals through ethical and compliant practices, and maintaining high levels of call and field productivity through strategic pre-call planning and consistent follow-up.
- • You will join a global healthcare organization dedicated to bridging the gap between generics and brands, operating with a strong commitment to innovation, patient access, and ethical standards, supported by a culture that values continuous learning and professional growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in pharmaceutical sales, strengthen your influence and negotiation abilities, deepen your understanding of women’s health therapeutics, and build lasting relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and internal teams—positioning you for long-term career advancement within Viatris’s specialty sales organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of B2B sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills with proven ability to drive results
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening abilities
- • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and authorization to operate a company-leased or rental vehicle for territory travel
- • Must reside within the assigned Arizona territory and be willing to travel, including overnight stays, as required
- • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English
