- • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales strategies and objectives for women’s health products.
- • Conduct high-quality sales presentations to targeted healthcare customers, including physicians and pharmacists.
- • Achieve quarterly sales goals within assigned territory while strictly adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
- • Apply targeting principles to identify and prioritize key prescribers and healthcare providers in the territory.
- • Create and implement pre-call planning strategies to maximize effectiveness of field visits.
- • Build and maintain positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and internal managers.
- • Ensure high levels of call and field productivity through consistent and strategic territory management.
- • Gather and utilize intelligence from pharmacies, offices, and other sources to inform and refine sales strategies for prescribers.
- • Utilize product samples, educational literature, and promotional materials to increase physician awareness and adoption of Viatris women’s health products.
- • Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries with information consistent with approved product messaging.
- • Pursue continuous learning through training programs focused on sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
- • Travel throughout assigned territory, including overnight trips, to meet with customers and achieve sales targets.
- • Maintain compliance with all company policies regarding use of leased or authorized rental vehicles.
- • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team member.
- • Reside within the designated territory geography to ensure operational readiness and responsiveness.
- • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
