- • As a Sales Representative in Women's Health for Viatris, you will drive sales growth and market penetration for pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory, directly contributing to the company's mission of expanding access to high-quality medicines for approximately 1 billion patients globally.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing territory-specific business plans aligned with corporate objectives, conducting targeted sales presentations to healthcare providers, achieving quarterly sales goals through ethical practices, and building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and internal stakeholders.
- • You will join Viatris Specialty LLC, a global healthcare leader that bridges generics and brand pharmaceuticals to deliver comprehensive patient solutions, operating with a strong commitment to innovation, compliance, and improving health outcomes across the lifespan.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced pharmaceutical sales expertise, refine your consultative selling and negotiation skills, gain deep therapeutic area knowledge in women's health, and build a foundation for career progression into senior sales or leadership roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of B2B sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Demonstrated success in influence, negotiation, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays
