  • • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales strategies and objectives for women’s health products.
  • • Conduct high-quality sales presentations to targeted healthcare customers, including physicians and pharmacists.
  • • Achieve quarterly sales targets within assigned territory while strictly adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
  • • Apply targeting principles to identify and prioritize key prescribers and healthcare decision-makers.
  • • Create and implement pre-call planning strategies to maximize effectiveness of field visits.
  • • Build and maintain positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and internal managers.
  • • Ensure high levels of call and field productivity through consistent and strategic territory management.
  • • Gather and utilize intelligence from pharmacies, offices, and other sources to inform and refine territory-specific sales strategies.
  • • Utilize product samples, educational literature, and promotional materials to increase physician awareness and engagement with Viatris products.
  • • Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries with information consistent with approved product messaging.
  • • Pursue continuous professional development through training in sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
  • • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
  • • Travel throughout the assigned Los Angeles North, CA territory, including overnight trips as needed.
  • • Maintain compliance with all company policies regarding vehicle use, including driving a leased or authorized rental company vehicle.
  • • Reside within the designated Los Angeles North, CA territory to ensure effective territory coverage.
  • • Demonstrate strong business acumen, influence, and negotiation skills in all customer interactions.
  • • Work independently as a self-starter while also contributing effectively as a team member to achieve collective results.
  • • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
  • • Maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record at all times.
  • • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of B2B sales experience (combination of education and experience considered)
  • • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • • Must reside within the Los Angeles North, CA territory
  • • Demonstrated success in influence, negotiation, and business acumen
  • • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
  • • Ability to travel extensively within territory, including overnight trips
