📋 Description

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales strategies and objectives for women’s health products.
• Conduct high-quality sales presentations to targeted healthcare customers, including physicians and pharmacists.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within assigned territory while strictly adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
• Apply targeting principles to identify and prioritize key prescribers and healthcare decision-makers.
• Create and implement pre-call planning strategies to maximize effectiveness of field visits.
• Build and maintain positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and internal managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity through consistent and strategic territory management.
• Gather and utilize intelligence from pharmacies, offices, and other sources to inform and refine territory-specific sales strategies.
• Utilize product samples, educational literature, and promotional materials to increase physician awareness and adoption of Viatris women’s health products.
• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries with information consistent with approved product messaging.
• Pursue continuous professional development through training in sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight stays, to meet customer and business needs.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies regarding use of leased or authorized rental vehicles.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively in a pharmaceutical sales environment.
• Operate independently as a self-starter while contributing collaboratively as a team member to achieve shared goals.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Reside within the designated territory geography (Philadelphia North, PA).
• Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of B2B sales experience (combination of education and experience considered)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must reside within the Philadelphia North, PA territory
• Demonstrated success in influence, negotiation, and business acumen
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively within territory, including overnight stays
