- • As a Sales Representative in Women's Health for Viatris, you will drive sales growth and market penetration in your assigned territory by promoting a portfolio of pharmaceutical products focused on women's health, directly contributing to the company’s mission of expanding access to high-quality medicines for approximately 1 billion patients globally.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing territory-specific business plans aligned with corporate objectives, delivering compelling sales presentations to healthcare providers, achieving quarterly sales targets through ethical and compliant practices, conducting pre-call planning for key accounts, gathering market intelligence from pharmacists and office staff to refine targeting strategies, leveraging samples and promotional materials to increase product awareness, and maintaining high levels of call and field productivity while fostering collaborative relationships with customers, peers, and management.
- • You will join Viatris Specialty LLC, a global healthcare leader that bridges generics and branded pharmaceuticals to deliver comprehensive healthcare solutions, operating with a strong commitment to innovation, access, and patient-centered care across the full spectrum of life — from birth to end of life.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced competencies in pharmaceutical sales, territory management, consultative selling, regulatory compliance, and relationship building, while gaining deep expertise in women’s health therapeutics and positioning yourself for career progression based on performance and relevant experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 0–3 years of B2B sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel throughout territory, including overnight stays
- • Must reside within the assigned territory geography
- • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
