- • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales strategies and objectives.
- • Conduct high-quality sales presentations to targeted healthcare customers, including physicians and pharmacists.
- • Achieve quarterly sales goals within assigned territory while strictly adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
- • Apply targeting principles to identify and prioritize key prescribers for effective outreach.
- • Create and implement pre-call planning strategies to maximize engagement with high-potential accounts.
- • Build and maintain positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and internal managers.
- • Ensure high levels of field productivity through consistent and effective call frequency and follow-up.
- • Collect and analyze feedback from pharmacists, offices, and other stakeholders to inform territory-specific sales strategies.
- • Utilize product samples, educational literature, and promotional materials to increase physician awareness of Viatris medications.
- • Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries with information consistent with approved product messaging.
- • Pursue continuous professional development through training in sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales team objectives.
- • Travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight trips, to meet customer and business needs.
- • Maintain compliance with all company policies regarding the use of leased or authorized rental vehicles.
- • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively in a pharmaceutical sales environment.
- • Work independently as a self-starter while also contributing collaboratively as a team member to achieve results.
- • Reside within the designated territory geography to ensure operational readiness and responsiveness.
- • Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record to support territory coverage.
- • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of B2B sales experience (combination of education and experience considered)
- • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- • Must reside within the assigned territory geography
- • Demonstrated ability to travel throughout territory, including overnight trips
- • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)
- • Demonstrated success in influence, negotiation, and independent work ethic
