- • Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with adult patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all clinical interactions in the electronic health record.
- • Develop, implement, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans based on patient progress, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
- • Apply eclectic therapeutic approaches tailored to individual patient needs, with a commitment to optimizing outcomes and enhancing overall well-being.
- • Gain experience or be willing to learn Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as part of integrative treatment protocols.
- • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
- • Perform clinical assessments and risk evaluations using program-specific tools and outcome measures to guide treatment decisions.
- • Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality protocols, and regulatory requirements for clinical documentation and patient privacy.
- • Engage with patients and their support systems through strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and therapeutic rapport.
- • Operate within Hightop Health’s core values of respect, care, and collaboration in all patient and team interactions.
- • Participate in in-house learning opportunities designed to support professional growth and clinical excellence.
- • Enjoy flexibility in scheduling with the option for limited hybrid appointments, allowing for face-to-face patient care while balancing personal and professional life.
- • Begin in a part-time capacity with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and practice needs.
- • Focus exclusively on patient care while Hightop Health’s administrative and operational teams manage billing, scheduling, compliance, and other non-clinical responsibilities.
- • Contribute to a clinician-centric culture that prioritizes provider well-being, peer collaboration, and access to renowned clinical leaders.
- • Deliver integrative, evidence-based psychiatric care that blends traditional and novel interventions, including biological and psychological approaches, aligned with Hightop Health’s Centers of Excellence model.
