• • Develop, implement, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans based on patient progress, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• • Apply eclectic therapeutic approaches tailored to individual patient needs, with a commitment to optimizing outcomes and enhancing overall well-being.
• • Gain experience or be willing to learn Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as part of integrative treatment protocols.
• • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• • Perform clinical assessments and risk evaluations using program-specific tools and outcome measures to guide treatment decisions.
• • Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality protocols, and regulatory requirements for clinical documentation and patient privacy.
