- • Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls to assess garage door issues and provide consultative sales solutions.
- • Build immediate trust with customers by explaining technical repair options in clear, non-technical language.
- • Close sales for repairs or upgrades on the spot, including springs, rollers, motors, keypads, and wiring systems.
- • Perform hands-on mechanical repairs including replacing damaged components, adjusting equipment, lubricating moving parts, and testing full system operation.
- • Use basic hand and power tools to complete all work sold, ensuring proper function and safety standards.
- • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that fosters repeat business and referrals.
- • Collect payments and accurately document each job in company software systems.
- • Operate a company-provided wrapped vehicle with a gas card as your mobile office for daily service calls.
- • Receive full training in all mechanical skills—no prior garage door experience required.
- • Participate in a 6-week paid training program: 2 weeks in-market and 4 weeks at the Phoenix, AZ Training Academy, with flights and lodging covered.
- • Earn a $1,000 bonus upon successful graduation from training and launch into your market.
- • Work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, inside residential garages.
- • Lift up to 75 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks daily.
- • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing the company in customers’ homes.
- • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during every service interaction.
- • Contribute to a culture of performance-driven earnings with uncapped commission potential.
- • Target first-year earnings of $90,000–$150,000+ based on sales performance and service volume.
- • Work seven days a week with no traditional 9–5 desk schedule.
- • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving record
- • Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying temperatures
- • Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- • Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and company software
- • Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments
- • Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
