• • As an HR Operations Specialist at Voodoo SAS, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of daily HR operations, contributing significantly to an exceptional employee experience across all our global locations.
• • You will take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from the initial onboarding process through to the final offboarding stages, ensuring meticulous preparation of all necessary documentation and adherence to immigration compliance requirements in every country where Voodoo operates.
• • A key responsibility will be to maintain and update employee data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), BambooHR. This involves ensuring the utmost accuracy and timeliness of all entries, reflecting any changes in employee status, roles, or personal information.
• • You will play a crucial role in supporting the payroll data processing. This includes accurately tracking and managing data related to bonuses, salary adjustments, and sick leave, ensuring that payroll is processed efficiently and correctly.
• • Furthermore, you will oversee the administration of employee benefits programs. This entails ensuring that all benefits are managed in compliance with regulations and that the information provided to employees is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to employee satisfaction and retention.
• • You will actively participate in the continuous improvement and strengthening of our HR Operations function. This involves understanding the needs and priorities of our employees and ensuring our HR services are high-performing and responsive.
• • A significant part of your role will be providing first-line support for HR-related inquiries through our dedicated ticketing system. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee issues, demonstrating empathy and efficiency, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate HR team members when necessary.
• • You will be a key point of contact for administrative stakeholders, managing relationships to ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements across different jurisdictions.
