- • As a Sales Specialist 4 focusing on Ansible Automation Platform, you will be a pivotal member of the North America East Red Hat Sales team, providing expert pre-sales technical support to prospective clients.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with key commercial customers, both on-site and remotely, fostering strong relationships built on trust and confidence with their engineering, development, and operations teams.
- • You will be instrumental in understanding the intricate business needs of customers and expertly aligning these requirements with the powerful capabilities of Red Hat's solutions, particularly the Ansible Automation Platform.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves orchestrating and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Sales, to address and satisfy the most complex customer challenges.
- • You will act as a dedicated advocate for the customer within these internal teams, architecting optimal solutions and ensuring their innovative and reliable implementation and ongoing support.
- • A significant part of your role will be to deliver impactful Red Hat Ansible workshops, catering to audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds, effectively shaping customer use cases and influencing critical architecture design decisions.
