📋 Description
- • As a Sales Specialist in Immunology, you will be at the forefront of engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing Regeneron's innovative Dermatology division. Your primary mission will be to cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers within the dermatology community across the Düren, Cologne, Eifel, and Bonn territories. This role demands a strategic approach to customer engagement, leveraging both in-person interactions and digital channels to ensure comprehensive support and advocacy for our portfolio.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and understanding the unique needs and contexts of individual accounts and key stakeholders. This deep understanding will enable you to tailor your approach, ensuring that your interactions are relevant, impactful, and focused on delivering tangible value to healthcare providers and, most importantly, to patients.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve providing competent advice and support to relevant Healthcare Professionals. This includes engaging with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers who are involved in patient care within the dermatology space. You will act as a trusted resource, sharing in-depth knowledge about our products, their benefits, and how they can address unmet medical needs.
- • Building and maintaining intensive, sustainable customer relationships is paramount. This involves consistent follow-up, proactive communication, and a genuine commitment to understanding and supporting the evolving needs of your clients. You will be expected to develop a robust network of contacts and foster long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual respect.
- • Your daily activities will revolve around a target-oriented, substantive dialogue. This means engaging in conversations that clearly articulate the benefits of our portfolio for customers and highlight the added value for patients. You will need to be adept at communicating complex scientific information in an accessible and persuasive manner.
- • Independent regional management is a key component of this role. You will be empowered to manage your territory autonomously, which includes conducting thorough account analyses to identify opportunities and challenges. This will inform your strategic route planning to maximize efficiency and impact.
- • Meticulous documentation of all your activities within the CRM system is essential. This ensures accurate record-keeping, facilitates effective territory management, and provides valuable data for sales reporting and strategic decision-making.
- • You will play an active role in external scientific and medical events. This includes participating in key trade fairs and congresses to stay abreast of industry trends, network with peers, and represent Regeneron. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the independent planning, coordination, and execution of training events and specialist presentations designed to educate HCPs about our products and therapeutic areas.
- • Regular and transparent reporting to sales management is required. This involves providing updates on territory performance, key activities, challenges, and opportunities, enabling informed strategic adjustments and resource allocation.
- • This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently while contributing to the broader team's success. You will be a vital link between Regeneron and the healthcare community, driving awareness, adoption, and ultimately, improving patient outcomes in the field of immunology and dermatology.
- • You will champion a 'patient first' value system in all your interactions, ensuring that the ultimate goal of improving patient lives is at the center of your professional endeavors. This commitment to patient well-being will guide your strategies and actions.
- • You will be expected to stay current with the latest scientific advancements, clinical data, and market dynamics within the immunology and dermatology landscape, ensuring you are always equipped to provide the most accurate and relevant information to your customers.
