  • • Establish and lead high-quality interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) by maintaining up-to-date scientific knowledge of immunology products, indications, and brand messaging, and reliably executing sales and marketing plans
  • • Consistently deliver the brand’s value proposition to HCPs and ensure alignment with brand objectives through accurate and compelling communication of key messages
  • • Act as a territory manager by conducting professional account planning and management of key immunology accounts, implementing targeting and segmentation strategies in accordance with regional and country-level guidance
  • • Develop and implement a local account plan in Germany based on key data sources and market insights, aligned with the Germany Brand Plan
  • • Collaborate closely with medical affairs colleagues to support the implementation of regional programs and activities that address HCP needs
  • • Utilize multiple communication channels, including digital platforms, in coordination with cross-functional teams to maximize market share and brand visibility
  • • Proactively report results, market developments, and account progress to the Germany leadership team with clarity and precision
  • • Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the immunology space to build and sustain support for the immunology portfolio
  • • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies during customer engagements and promotional activities
  • • Travel frequently across Germany to meet HCPs, attend medical meetings, and conduct field-based activities
  • • Ensure all sales activities reflect a patient-first value system and prioritize patient outcomes in every interaction
  • • Adapt communication strategies based on individual HCP needs, account context, and local market dynamics
  • • Stay informed about the local healthcare economy and key stakeholders within the immunology treatment landscape
  • • Maintain a valid driver’s license (class 3/B) and be prepared for extensive on-the-road responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • • Qualified as a pharmaceutical sales representative (Pharmaberater:in / Pharmareferent:in)
  • • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with specific immunology experience
  • • Proficiency in German and conversational English language skills
  • • Valid driver’s license (class 3/B)
  • • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Germany
