📋 Description

  • As a Sales Specialist for Oncology, you will be at the forefront of engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing Regeneron's innovative Oncology division. Your primary mission will be to drive the adoption and success of our groundbreaking treatments within your designated territory, encompassing Bremen, Osnabrück, and Oldenburg.
  • This role demands a strategic and proactive approach to customer engagement. You will be responsible for identifying key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influential figures within the Oncology landscape, thoroughly understanding the unique context of each account, and tailoring your interactions to meet the specific needs of individual HCPs and their institutions.
  • A significant aspect of your day-to-day will involve establishing and nurturing high-quality relationships with HCPs. This requires a commitment to continuously updating your scientific knowledge regarding our products, their indications, and the core sales messaging. You will be expected to reliably implement sales and marketing plans, ensuring that Regeneron's value proposition is clearly communicated and understood.
  • You will act as a true manager of your territory, demonstrating exceptional account planning and management skills. This includes implementing a professional targeting and segmentation strategy that aligns with broader regional and country-level guidance. Your ability to analyze market data and local insights will be crucial in developing and executing a robust local account plan, directly contributing to the achievement of brand objectives.
  • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities designed to support HCPs and address their evolving needs. Furthermore, you will leverage a diverse range of communication channels, including digital platforms, in partnership with other internal functions, to maximize our share of voice and impact within the market.
  • Proactive and clear reporting of your results, market developments, and key learnings to the Germany leadership team is essential. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient care by ensuring that HCPs have access to and are well-informed about Regeneron's cutting-edge Oncology therapies. You will be instrumental in building strong KOL support for our Oncology portfolio within your territory, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient well-being.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to understanding the local healthcare economy in depth, identifying critical stakeholders, and navigating the complexities of the pharmaceutical market. A patient-first value system is paramount, guiding all your interactions and strategic decisions.
  • You will be empowered to develop and execute innovative strategies to reach and engage HCPs, ensuring they are equipped with the latest information and resources to best serve their patients.
  • This role requires a high degree of autonomy and self-management, as you will be responsible for planning your schedule, managing your travel, and optimizing your time to achieve maximum territory coverage and impact.
  • By consistently delivering on the brand's value proposition and meeting key message objectives, you will contribute directly to Regeneron's mission of bringing life-changing medicines to patients.
  • You will be a key ambassador for Regeneron, embodying the company's values and commitment to scientific excellence and patient advocacy within your territory.
  • The role involves staying abreast of competitive activities and market trends, providing valuable feedback to the organization to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ultimately, you will be driving commercial success through expert scientific exchange and relationship management, ensuring Regeneron's Oncology portfolio is recognized as a leading choice for healthcare providers and their patients.
