  • • As a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate at Devoted Health, you will play a crucial role in managing the operations of a full multi-channel sales force, supporting the build of world-class sales-enablement technology, and evaluating new opportunities for growth and expansion—directly impacting the company’s ability to meet key growth goals over the next decade.
  • • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent onboarding, partner with offshore vendors to oversee workflow execution and lead quarterly business reviews, serve as a responsive point of contact for broker and agent inquiries, manage agent state appointments and licensing, conduct data analysis and reporting on onboarding performance, and adapt quickly to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
