- • As a Sales Strategy & Operations professional at OpenAI, you will serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights and managing core operating cadences to drive operational efficiency and support the company’s mission of building safe artificial general intelligence that benefits all of humanity.
- • You will design, build, and manage operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline council, big deal reviews, and MBRs/QBRs; conduct strategic analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities; lead cross-functional projects to improve revenue organization efficiency; and partner with technical and data teams to implement processes and ensure data accuracy for revenue-related activities.
- • You will collaborate with GTM leadership, Finance, Enablement, Data, and Growth Strategy teams to align go-to-market strategy, resource planning, and operational execution, contributing to the scaling of AI products across global markets.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations at the forefront of AI commercialization, lead high-impact initiatives that shape global GTM processes, and gain deep exposure to cutting-edge AI products and their enterprise applications while working with world-class technical and business teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth, technology company
- • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
- • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- • Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams
- • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- • Strong communication skills and executive presence
