📋 Description

  • As a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Tremendous Inc., you will serve as the critical business partner behind the sales organization, ensuring reliable execution of core sales operations while driving strategic insights that influence go-to-market decisions.
  • Day to day, you will own the sales operating cadence including commissions (SDR monthly, AE quarterly), quota and attainment tracking, deal desk support, and weekly sales manager meetings; deliver data-driven analyses on pipeline health, conversion trends, capacity planning, and segment performance that culminate in actionable recommendations; and grow into ownership of target account strategy and AE book-of-business planning.
  • You will join a profitable, fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture at Tremendous — a trusted global payouts platform used by 20,000 organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way — where employee NPS is in the high 80s and teams prioritize autonomy and impact.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations at a scaling B2B SaaS company, sharpen your ability to turn data into strategic action, influence sales leadership through evidence-based recommendations, and grow into owning high-impact initiatives like target account strategy and sales capacity modeling.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, strategy, or business operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of turning data into recommendations that leadership acted upon
  • Experience running an operational process others depend on (e.g., commissions, forecasting, deal desk) and comfort with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and BI tools
