📋 Description

  • Sales Strategy & Operations Manager – US (East Coast-based) at n8n GmbH, a fast-growing open workflow orchestration platform for AI, enabling scalable, data-driven GTM growth in the AMER region by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and process improvements.
  • Partner with VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans; analyze sales data for actionable insights; support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews; design scalable reporting frameworks; continuously improve sales and RevOps processes; lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Join a remote-first, collaborative team of over 220 across Europe and the US, backed by Sequoia and Highland, with a $2.5bn valuation, 145k+ GitHub stars, and ranked among Europe’s most promising SaaS startups; company culture values autonomy, experimentation, continuous learning, and diversity with an eNPS of 94 in 2024.
  • Develop expertise in revenue operations at scale, drive measurable impact on regional growth targets, master data-driven decision-making in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, and grow professionally through a €1K annual learning budget and exposure to cutting-edge AI and automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations with understanding of regional nuances
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics and forecasting
  • Proven stakeholder collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (admin level), Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n
