- • This role is pivotal in empowering the sales team at Brown & Brown Insurance by providing comprehensive sales enablement and administrative support, directly contributing to the achievement of sales initiatives and objectives.
- • You will be instrumental in standardizing and developing new sales content, ensuring it is tailored and relevant to various business practices such as Benefits Advisory and HR Advisory, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of sales outreach.
- • A key responsibility involves identifying, evaluating, and implementing robust content management tools and processes. This ensures that sales content is organized, stored, and accessed intuitively and securely, streamlining workflows for the sales team.
- • You will be tasked with creating compelling sales collateral, including impactful one-pagers, persuasive case studies, and professional prospect and finalist meeting presentations, all designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
- • A significant aspect of the role includes providing essential sales-related writing support to the herronpalmer team. This involves meticulously completing customer- and prospect-specific proposals, responding to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), all while adhering to established templates and guidelines.
- • You will actively administer the day-to-day operations of the Sales department, which encompasses critical tasks such as data entry, data cleanup, data manipulation, generating insightful sales reports, tracking sales pipelines and activities, and conducting after-territory calls.
- • This position requires providing administrative project support to both the sales and operations teams, addressing ad-hoc administrative needs to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
- • A core duty is ensuring the utmost data integrity for all Sales data, which is crucial for accurate and reliable reporting and strategic decision-making.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all sales data, including detailed tracking of the sales pipeline, new business acquisition, sales meetings, individual territory performance, and prospect strategies.
- • Assistance will be provided with the logistics of sales activities, including active participation in weekly pipeline review meetings to discuss project status and receive new assignments, ensuring alignment and progress.
- • You will support business leaders on strategic initiatives that directly involve sales efforts, such as surveys, drip marketing campaigns, conferences, and prospect events, contributing to broader business development goals.
