- • Manage post-sales order modifications, change requests, delivery updates, and post-booking corrections using ERP systems such as SAP.
- • Investigate and resolve fulfillment issues including shipping delays, pricing discrepancies, material shortages, mis-ships, and product configuration errors.
- • Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Technical Support teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer and order-related issues.
- • Validate all documentation and ensure compliance with commercial policies, pricing terms, warranty requirements, and financial controls.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal sales teams regarding order status, delivery milestones, invoicing concerns, and credit/debit memo requests.
- • Support high-priority projects and key customer accounts by managing escalations and providing timely updates on issue resolution and expected timelines.
- • Monitor order progress from booking through shipment and delivery, proactively identifying risks or potential delays in fulfillment.
- • Collaborate with warehouse, scheduling, and logistics teams to support on-time delivery performance and resolve freight claims when necessary.
- • Validate shipping documentation including bill of lading and packing lists to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- • Facilitate warranty and quality-related claim processes by gathering required documentation and coordinating cross-functional communication.
- • Maintain accurate and organized order files, customer communications, and fulfillment records in accordance with standard work procedures.
- • Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce recurring order errors, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
- • Provide feedback on upstream order quality issues and support enhancements to standard work, documentation templates, and system workflows.
- • Use SAP or other enterprise systems to analyze order data, track issues, and support reporting needs for operational and financial reconciliation.
- • Assist with returns processing and documentation required for financial reconciliation and audit readiness.
- • Ensure adherence to all company policies, approval workflows, and compliance standards for post-sales operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, post-sales support, or supply chain operations
- • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues involving multiple stakeholders
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage customer expectations professionally
- • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
