- • The Sales Support Professional 2 provides licensing and credentialing support to internal Direct Marketing Services and Customer Success Team call centers and DMS Business Partner Operations, playing a key role in enabling agent readiness to sell within regulatory and organizational standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting onboarding, contracting, and licensing oversight; preparing, processing, and tracking license applications and renewals across multiple states; monitoring continuing education requirements; assisting agents with state licensing navigation; maintaining accurate and secure records; and serving as the primary contact between agents and state departments of insurance.
- • The role is part of Humana Inc., a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to improving health outcomes for millions through its insurance and CenterWell healthcare services, with a mission to deliver care when and where it’s needed.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in insurance licensing regulations, gain experience in cross-functional support operations, strengthen organizational and communication skills, and contribute directly to compliance and agent success in a regulated sales environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 3 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- • Familiarity with state-specific licensing requirements and data privacy best practices
- • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
