- • Design and implement on-site sales training programs with occasional virtual sessions to enhance the skills of SDRs and BDRs.
- • Deliver structured training on core sales competencies including prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow-up techniques.
- • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to reinforce learning and address performance gaps in real time.
- • Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and optimize content delivery.
- • Create, update, and maintain training materials to ensure alignment with current sales best practices and company processes.
- • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the sales team by encouraging feedback, reflection, and skill application.
- • Support the onboarding and development of early-career sales professionals through tailored coaching and mentorship.
- • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Apollo to track trainee progress, manage training data, and integrate learning outcomes with sales performance metrics.
- • Adapt training methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the sales team and market conditions in Nairobi’s business environment.
- • Ensure all training activities align with company goals and contribute directly to increased sales productivity and conversion rates.
- • Maintain consistent communication with sales leadership to report on training impact and recommend strategic adjustments.
- • Lead training sessions during scheduled hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (EAT, Nairobi time).
- • Work on-site in Nairobi, Kenya, with no remote work option specified.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally as a BDR or SDR
- • 1–2 years of experience in leadership roles
- • Proven experience in sales training and coaching
- • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Ability to motivate and inspire early-career professionals
