- • As a Salesforce Administrator at R1 RCM Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform that supports the company’s mission to transform the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals and health systems through technology-driven solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling user maintenance, reports and dashboards, Flows, lead/opportunity pipeline management, case/service requests, bug and feature requests, testing and QA in sandbox, managing data feeds and integrations with platforms like Pardot and ServiceNow, assisting in user training, supporting team members on special projects, and developing efficient processes using Salesforce best practices and native functionality.
- • You will join a growing team at R1 RCM Inc., a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions that combines deep expertise with advanced technology including analytics, AI, and intelligent automation to serve healthcare organizations across the United States.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, or Salesforce Administrator Certification with 2 to 5 years of experience
- • Strong hands-on admin/config skills including custom apps/objects, fields/formulas, Flows, security (profiles, roles, sharing rules), and data management
- • Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce layouts, record types, validation rules, reports/dashboards, and Lightning apps
- • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and assess impact on Salesforce and related systems
- • Efficient task prioritization, deadline management, and stakeholder coordination
- • Experience designing and implementing new processes, facilitating user adoption, and maintaining the Salesforce instance with a forward-thinking approach
