- • As a Salesforce Administrator at Vultr, you will play a critical role in optimizing the company’s Salesforce environment to support scalable revenue operations and empower the sales team with efficient, data-driven tools.
- • Day to day, you will administer the Salesforce platform end-to-end—managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and custom objects—while building and maintaining executive and operational dashboards and reports that deliver real-time insights into pipeline, forecasting, and rep performance.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to identify process gaps, implement scalable solutions, optimize sales workflows and automation, and ensure data quality through governance and deduplication frameworks.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in CRM optimization and revenue operations within a fast-moving, high-growth cloud infrastructure company, gaining hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong, and contributing to measurable improvements in sales efficiency and CRM integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally within a growing or fast-paced sales environment
- • Deep expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, with the ability to build complex cross-object reports and actionable executive views
- • Strong track record of driving sales team efficiency through automation, workflow improvements, and CRM optimization
- • Experience working alongside growing sales teams and translating evolving business needs into scalable technical solutions
- • Proficiency with the broader sales tech stack (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong) and experience integrating these tools with Salesforce
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to surface insights from data and drive action across the organization
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- • Self-starter with a bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
